designed for any vinyl flooring.PVC.SPC.WPC
- IXPE Foam sheets can be easy to fabricate, it has high vibration
damping, excellent buoyancy, resists bad weather conditions and is
generally resistant to chemicals.
- Makes it as good foam expansion and foam underlay part, Simple to
die cut, slit and lamination with other material.·
- The density available from 25 kg/m3 and 200 kg/m3 and is converted
in different colors, such as: black, white, gray, anthracite, blue,

Features Of The Raw Material-IXPE
IXPE (irradiation cross-linked polyethylene) foam is based on low
density polyethylene as raw material, change to independent
obturator meshed bubble structure by using electronic irradiation.
It is a kind of continues foaming freely, smooth surface,
closed-cell, independent, well-distributed, no water absorption,
unlimited length and adjustable color and density soft foaming
material. Compare with other similar foaming materials, the
performance of IXPE is more excellent. Especially for environmental
protection, sound insulation, water proof, moisture proof, shock
absorption, cushioning, flexible, heat preservation, heat
insulation, weatherability, aging resistant and lightweight. It can

1. Why would I prefer to use cross-linked foam?
Cross-linking can improve physical properties of the foam,
including water-proof, tensile strength, elongation,heat stability
and so on.
2. What is difference between XPE and IXPE Foam?
XPE is chemical cross-linked, IXPE is physical type, which’s
surface is more smooth and cell size is smaller than XPE. Also
thickness evenness is better than XPE.
3. Why would I prefer to use a foam made with polypropylene (PP)
instead of polyethylene (PE)?
PP offers greater heat stability and strength at elevated
temperatures than does PE. PP is preferred for today's forming and
injection processes, which are used to mold automotive interior
panels, including door panels and instrument panels.

Our thickness range is from about 0.02 mm to 8 mm in single layer
and more than 65mm after lamination.
The max. width we produce is 1700mm depends on different spec.
Standard black, white,, gray, orange, green,and custom colors are
available.
